2010 Vitality Camp, 让我们一起启程！

After the whole programme, one sentence said again and again by former MTs deeply carved in my heart: submerge deep down, but remember to head above the water again. To me, it means: work in a down-to-earth way, but don’t forget to market yourself just like marketing your products. When we are acting as a small nail in one team, we work hard and learn hard, contributing everything we have. One day, when a stage is given to us, we will present the best of ourselves, showing to everyone that great potential is inside and it’s time for us to shine.

I will remember the beats of the drum, I will remember senior MTs’ words and most importantly, I will remember all of you.

Mentored by the famous drum coach, new MTs showed their passions and team work sensitivity during our first launch ensemble. Though the contents and rhythms were quite simple, we still joyfully fulfilled the targeted goal and reached a quite satisfied result.

Vitality Camp让我收获了许多工作中的哲理，有些抽象，或许现在并不能完全领会，但肯定会在今后的工作中潜移默化。

我们在联合利华80周年入职，到了90周年公司便要翻一番。这是公司成功的机遇期，也是我们成长过程的关键10年。联合利华有明确的目标，昂扬的斗志，但又不乏温情，相信我和身边的每一个人都会在这种氛围中实现自己的价值与理想，就像惠特曼诗句所说的那样。
