  中远佐敦船舶涂料(广州)有限公司的前身为原广州佐敦远洋制漆有限公司，成立于1993年。现在全新的合资公司是佐敦集团和中远国际控股有限公司各自控股50%，工厂设在广州，主要从事船舶漆业务。

  Jotun group, which head office locates in Sandefjord, Norway, as one of the leading brand of global coatings vendor, has 68 companies and 40 production facilities on all continents.   Jotun Coatings (Zhangjiagang) Co. Ltd. (JCZC) is one of Jotun A/S 100% subsidiary in China .It is established in 2004 April, has a 70000 square meters factory in ZJG with the annual production capability more than 50 million liters, being the biggest and one of the most advanced coatings manufacturers in China. JCZC dedicates in protective and decorative coating business.

  Jotun COSCO Marine Coatings (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd. (JCMC), originated from Jotun Ocean Paints Co. which was found in 1993, it is a newly formed 50/50 joint venture between Jotun A/S and COSCO International Holdings Limited with the factory based in Guangzhou. It dedicates in Marine coating business not only with manufacturing and sales, but also provide professional on site technical service to the customers.

  Work description for International Trainee:
  We are looking for matured, dynamic & result - oriented Trainees:

  International Trainee – Marketing department
  As part of the overall development plans for Jotun China, wish to recruit Trainees for the marketing department under Marine and PC business unit individually.

  Future career direction:
  Assist marketing manager to analyze and assess market trends for key product lines so as to highlight potential market threats and opportunities.
  Conduct gap analysis about the line of business, the market and actors to ensure that Jotun deliver the products and marketing action based on the market and customers demand.
  Assist the marketing manager in developing innovation plans for new products and markets to ensure that Jotun appears as an innovative supplier in respective segments in the market.
  Analyze and monitor product’s performance on volume and value, assist in product pricing and defining the product mix to ensure support and contribution to the development of new products.

  Qualifications:
· Masters in Business Administration, Chemical background will be preferred.
· Good in Analytical skills & problem solving, planning and organizing.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Chinese / English language.
